An experienced building designer will provide a great design at a cost that won’t break the bank! At Elston Design we believe that good design should be accessible to everyone.
An architect will provide a great design for a fee anywhere from 5% to 10%+ of the construction cost of your project.
Yes !
Please allow for the services of a structural engineer to provide for the footings / slab and framing design. Also a soils test will need to be obtained by a geotechnical engineer for most projects.
Larger commercial and industrial projects may require the services of the following engineers:

Most projects will require the following services:
- Energy Efficiency Assessor
- Building Certifier
Some projects will require the following services:
- Surveyor
- Bushfire Attack Level Assessor
